Christmas amusement parks in Bilbao and the surrounding area to enjoy with the family
The children’s parks offer a wide variety of attractions, games, workshops, shows and activities for all tastes and ages. If you want to spend an unforgettable holiday with your children, we suggest you visit some of these Bizkaia’s Christmas attractions that we have selected for you.
Bilbao Christmas Children’s Park
Undoubtedly the most relevant, complete and veteran event on this list, this year’s edition has more attractions than ever, with a 20% increase in investment.
In addition to its now classic and popular ice rink, electric go-karts, inflatables, mechanical bulls, trampolines, bumper cars, competitions and shows, there are three new fun new attractions: a Pirate Ship, Tropicana and Spider,
The venue, located in the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, will be open from 16 December to 7 January.
The opening hours will be from 11:00 to 20:00, except on 24 and 31 December and 5 January, which will be from 11:00 to 17:00. On 25 December, 1 and 6 January the PIN will not be open and from 18 to 21 December it will be open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Portugalete Christmas Children’s Park
The Portugalete Children’s Christmas Park awaits children from 26 December to 4 January in the sports centre of the Santa María school.
There will be games, fun and lots of magic, the musical shows “Frozen, the origin of ice” and “Naviland”, the humour of the clowns Txirri Mirri eta Txiribiton.
In addition, the Santa Clara centre will be offering Christmas workshops organised by Euskaraz Gozatu.
Getxolandia
The Getxo Children’s Christmas Park will be set up in the Plaza de la Estación from 21st December to 7th January. There you can enjoy a dozen attractions such as the grasshopper, the bumper cars, the merry-go-round, the witch train, mats and trampolines.
Opening hours are from 11.00 to 14.30 and from 17.00 to 21.00, except on 25 December and 1 January, when the park will be closed.
Gabonaldia 2023
The Basauri Children’s Christmas Park will be held in Solobarria Square from 22 December to 5 January.
There you will find games, attractions, workshops and many surprises for the little ones.
The opening hours will be from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, except on 24th and 31st December when it will be only in the morning.
The park will be closed on 25 December and 1 January.
